Glutensiz Pusula ("uygulama"), çölyak hastalığı olan veya tercihen glutensiz beslenen kullanıcılara barkod sorgulama, mekan bulma, tarif ve topluluk desteği sunan bir mobil uygulamadır. Bu sayfa, uygulamayı kullanırken hangi verilerin toplandığını, nasıl kullanıldığını ve haklarınızı açıklar.
Sadece uygulamanın çalışması için gerekli olan verileri topluyoruz. Aşağıdaki tablo hangi verinin, hangi amaçla ve hangi hizmet sağlayıcı aracılığıyla işlendiğini gösterir.

Özel nitelikli veri: Çölyak durumu ve tanı tarihi, sağlıkla ilgili kişisel verilerdir. Bu bilgileri paylaşmak tamamen isteğe bağlıdır ve yalnızca sizin onayınızla kaydedilir. İstediğiniz zaman profilinizden silebilirsiniz.
Verilerinizi hiçbir şekilde satmıyor veya reklam amacıyla üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmıyoruz. Verileriniz yalnızca uygulamanın çalışması için gerekli altyapı sağlayıcılarıyla (yukarıdaki tabloda listelenenler) paylaşılır. Topluluk duvarındaki gönderileriniz, kullandığınız görünen adla birlikte diğer kullanıcılara açık olarak gösterilir.
Bir içerik şikayet edildiğinde, o içeriğin bir kopyası (metin ve yazar bilgisi) moderasyon amacıyla saklanır. Bu, hesabınızı silseniz bile devam eden bir denetim kaydıdır ve topluluk güvenliğini sağlamak için gereklidir.
Uygulama içinden Profil → Hesabımı Sil yolunu izleyerek hesabınızı ve tüm kişisel verilerinizi (profil, gönderiler, yorumlar, beğeniler, profil fotoğrafı) kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Bu işlem geri alınamaz ve birkaç saniye içinde tamamlanır.
Verileriniz, hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde ilişkili tüm veriler sunucularımızdan kalıcı olarak kaldırılır — şikayet/moderasyon kayıtları hariç, bunlar yukarıda açıklandığı gibi topluluk güvenliği amacıyla saklanmaya devam edebilir.

Glutensiz Pusula ("the app") helps people with celiac disease or those who choose a gluten-free diet find products, places, recipes, and community support. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We only collect data necessary for the app to function.

Special category data: Celiac status and diagnosis date are health-related personal data. Sharing this is entirely optional and only stored with your consent. You can remove it from your profile at any time.
We never sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. Your data is only shared with the infrastructure providers listed above, as needed for the app to function. Posts on the community wall are visible to other users under your display name.
When content is reported, a copy of it (text and author info) is retained for moderation purposes. This is an audit record that persists even if you delete your account, and is necessary to keep the community safe.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data (profile, posts, comments, likes, photo) from Profile → Delete My Account inside the app. This action is irreversible and completes within seconds.
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our servers — except moderation records, which may be retained as described above.
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from users under 13.
